Microprocessor Mask Developer CO-OP
Coast to Coast Layout September 2013 – March 2014 (7 months) Wilsonville, Oregon
The terminology "mask" comes from integrated circuit fabrication, where regions of the chip are masked off during the process of photolithography. When used with UV light, masks create the various circuit patterns on each layer of the microprocessor. A lens (middle) reduces the mask’s image. So what gets printed on the wafer is typically four times smaller linearly than the mask’s pattern.
Data Analyst CO-OP
Salem-Keizer Transit July 2013 – August 2013 (2 months) Salem, Oregon
While at SKT I was responsible for setting up MSSRS security groups and users. I developed SSAS data cubes and MSSRS reports in Visual Studio 2012, as well as ad hoc MSSRS environments. Aside from technical computation, I met with end users to develop needs of reporting and analysis standards for documentation. Once reports were created I provided end-users training on MSSRS and PivotTable (Excel) ad hoc technologies to access reports that were generated.
Oregon Institute of Technology September 2012 – June 2013 (10 months) Career Services
I was mainly responsible for making edits to the department’s part of the domain along with keeping their social media pages up to date with relevant information. I also administrate an online career center environment, which allows students and employers to virtually interact regarding potential career opportunities. Lastly, I was appointed lead developer of this year’s graduate survey. I have designed and implemented questions with embedded programming logic to fit specific institution requirements and regulations. I am currently maintaining and analyzing all information from results.
University of Cincinnati September 2010 – June 2012 (1 year 10 months)
At UC I worked in hands-on environments such as small classes and laboratories assisting with productivity software and tools. Subjective to object-oriented program design with structured techniques that are popular in today's workplace. Alongside faculty who have over 30 years of real-world experience and are extremely knowledgeable. In addition, I helped assist with networking technologies, database technologies, client-side and server-side programming technologies, as well as assist in the development technological skills of others. Problem solving and critical reasoning skills were well exercised.
